Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using StrikePoints ("the Service"), operated by StrikePoints LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

StrikePoints provides bass fishing game plans, catch logging, and pattern analysis. Game plans are informational only and do not guarantee fishing results. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable boating, fishing, and safety regulations.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of catches, photos, notes, and other content you submit. By submitting a catch via "Submit to StrikePoints" for feature consideration, you grant StrikePoints LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify (e.g. add branding overlay), and display that content on StrikePoints social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with attribution. You can request removal at any time by emailing hello@strikepoints.app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content you do not own or have rights to
• Submit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service to violate fishing regulations or trespass laws

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Weather data, lake levels, and game plan recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify conditions and exercise sound judgment on the water.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikePoints LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Payments

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your billing location. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or annually) until canceled. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
