30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all StrikePoints Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual). If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date — no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from Manage Billing in your account menu. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Outside the 30-day window, monthly payments are non-refundable.
Annual Subscriptions
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time. Cancellations within the first 30 days are eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, you can still cancel — your Pro access continues until the end of the paid annual term, but the unused portion is non-refundable except where required by law.
If you believe there are exceptional circumstances (e.g. a billing error, duplicate charge, or you never used the service), contact us and we will review pro-rated refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Payments are securely processed by Stripe. To request a refund:

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We’re happy to resolve any billing issue directly and far faster than the chargeback process.
